EX-ABU GHRAIB INMATES SUE US FIRMS FOR TORTURE

Their lawsuit is against private security contractor CACI International and two of its interrogators, Daniel Johnson and Tim Dugan, and the translation agency L-3 (formerly Titan Corp) and its interpreter, Abel Nakhla, lawyer William Gould told AFP in Istanbul on Monday. Their complaint was to be lodged Monday at courts in Maryland, Ohio and Washington — the US states where the alleged torturers live — as well as Michigan, where L-3 recruited most of its interpreters, said Gould who met his Iraqi clients in Istanbul. United States attempts to Weaken Mexican Sovereignty

The Mexican government is opposing the anti-drug trafficking aid in the bill because of requirements in it that Mexico says interfere with its sovereignty! This in and of its self might not be all that bad, however, considering all the fuss about a proposed North American Union (which some say is a farce), this is just one more peice of evidence to say it exists. An autopsy was performed as part of what seems to be part of an Army CID investigation of a detainee. The medical examiner said the cause of death was HOMICIDE! To quote the medical examiner from the autopsy report: ''This 47-year-old White male, [redacted], died of blunt force injuries and asphyxia. The autopsy disclosed multiple blunt force injuries, including deep contusions of the chest wall, numerous displaced rib fractures, lung contusions, and hemorrhage into the mesentery of the small and large intestine. An examination of the neck structures revealed hemorrhage into the strap muscles and fractures of the thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone. According to the investigative report provided by U.S. Army CID, the decedent was shackled to the top of a doorframe with a gag in his mouth at the time he lost consciousness and became pulseless. Discovery Channel Televises its Own HIPOCRACY

However, the Discovery Channel not only televised, but also produced, a short documentary about the John F. Kennedy assassination because they must somehow believe the John F. Kennedy assassination isn't controversial at all, even though, in every poll taken since this event, at least 50 percent of people who responded to the polls indicated they did not believe the Official conspiracy theory known as the Warren Commission report. (Poll data is from the actual Discovery Channel show.) Not only do they air this ''non-controversial'' show, it is filled full of statements supporting the ''Official Conspiracy Theory'', including many statements from the actors in the show saying they are ''starting to come around'' to believing the propaganda and similar LEADING STATEMENTS. STOP BEING PROGRAMMED BY YOUR TELEVISION! If you aren't sure about what is going on... read about SOCIAL ENGINEERING and PSYOPS, then sit down and do some serious thinking. It's time that you learned the TRUTH!It is interesting how this ''documentary'', a.k.a. propaganda infomercial, conveniently left out any truly inconvenient truths, such as the location of John F. Kennedy's brain or discussing the small hole on the front of Kennedy's head and the large hole in the back and how this could very likely be strong evidence supporting a bullet entering the front of Kennedy's head through the bullet hole in the windshield of the car. They also failed to mention anything about how FBI director J. Edgar Hoover had used Lee Harvey Oswald to infiltrate and spy on CIA operations during the Bay of Pigs or any other motives the CIA may have had to frame Lee Harvey Oswald. This Discovery Channel show focused only on the material which could involve Lee Harvey Oswald. The only ''conspiracy theory'' ideas they showed were only ones that could be easily disproved. They are too afraid to use the word "TORTURE!" and instead call it, "harsh questioning methods." The article goes on to explain in the very next sentence that one of the "harsh questioning methods" is "waterboarding, which simulates drowning." Here is the key paragraph... "CIA Director Michael Hayden said the CIA began taping the interrogations as an internal check on the program after President Bush authorized the use of harsh questioning methods. The methods included waterboarding, which simulates drowning, government officials said."Notice how the author seriously plays down the fact that Bush authorized torture by how they worded the paragraph. The sentences should have said this, "President Bush authorized the use of TORTURE, including waterboarding, which simulates drowning." Caroline Fredrickson, director of the Washington Legislative Office of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), says that when Congress rushed through wiretapping legislation this past August, they made a grave mistake. "The Administration bill basically writes August's mistake in stone," she wrote in a press release Tuesday. "It does nothing to protect Americans' communications and violates the Fourth Amendment requirement that courts supervise any spying on American soil." PLEASE HELP restore the North American Union article in Wikipedia
Sunday, November 25, 2007 By Your-Rights.com The Wikipedia article about the North American Union was nominated for deletion in April of 2006. That was a year and a half ago. Currently, the North American Union article redirects to the Independent Task Force on North America article, which are two separate things. Of course, there are some who believe that the North American Union is fake, including one person who voted for deletion of the article. After reviewing the overwhelming evidence, including the huge list of references, I can not find any good reason to prevent the restoration of the article. It certainly passes the wikipedia notability guidelines from the massive list of references cited above. It also has quite a few incoming links from other pages within Wikipedia. Even with the large amount of information supporting the restoration of the North American Union article, it has not yet been restored. A lot of good arguments supporting the recent restoration of the Zeitgeist, the Movie Wikipedia article apply to this article. I posted this information here hoping someone will take the initiative and either restore the undeleted version of the North American Union article or create a new one containing as much verifiable information that can be found.
