He stated he was honored to sign the release papers for Johnnie Earl Lindsey, after he apologized to Lindsey for having to serve in prison 26 years for a crime he did not commit. "I can't tell you how sorry I am this happened to you. Your freedom was taken away from you for all these years," Mitchell said. "There's a saying that justice delayed is justice denied. Justice was delayed for too long in your case." It was the 19th time in Dallas County since 2001 that a judge had to make such remarks to a man exonerated by DNA testing. You must decide, in a very short time, if you value the lives of not only your spouse, your children, relatives, friends and neighbors; but also the lives of other people living in American and around the world that you have never met. You must also ask yourself if you value the suffrage and loss of life that many, many people before us have sacrificed in order to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to defend our democratic process and values. What you must decide is if the lives of these people are important enough to make sure that Bush and his followers cannot achieve their dreams of empire. The desires for world domination are unmistakably their motivations. Leaving very little to the imagination, seeing their plot performed before our very eyes is like reading a poorly written fiction. For they are all around us, so abundant and clear, one must be very naive and ignorant to not see the signs of tyranny encroaching upon every aspect of our lives. If you value your freedoms to live, work, travel, raise your family and most importantly, to be free without fear; to be able to accomplish your dreams, then it is time to make this decision. As George W. Bush himself once said, "Every nation, in every region, now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." Reporter Arrested on Orders of Giuliani Press Secretary
From Jones Report - Tuesday, June 5, 2007 By Aaron Dykes & Alex Jones Manchester, NH - Freelance reporter Matt Lepacek, reporting for Infowars.com, was arrested for asking a question to one of Giuliani's staff members in a press conference. The press secretary identified the New York based reporter as having previously asked Giuliani about his prior knowledge of WTC building collapses and ordered New Hampshire state police to arrest him. Jason Bermas, reporting for America: Freedom to Fascism, confirmed Lepacek had official CNN press credentials for the Republican debate. However, his camera was seized by staff members who shut off the camera, according to Luke Rudkowski, also a freelance Infowars reporter on the scene. He said police physically assaulted both reporters after Rudkowski objected that they were official members of the press and that nothing illegal had taken place.
