Why is it ILLEGAL to Grow the Number One Biomass Producing Plant for Biofuels - UPDATED
Friday, June 8, 2007 By Your-Rights.com
For a bio-fuel, hemp is tough to beat. It has so many other uses that when combined with making bio-fuel, it is a great alternative to sucking carbon emitting fuel out of the ground.
Some facts to consider:
1) When plants grow, they capture carbon in their tissues. When they are burned, they release the captured carbon. 2) Coal fired power plants have been invented that capture carbon emissions.
If hemp (or other plants) were used with the same types of carbon capturing systems used in coal fired power plants they would effectively clean the air of carbon by having a NEGATIVE effect on the natural carbon cycle. (Negative is GOOD in this case.)
However, bio-fuels may not be the answer to solving the energy problem. Bio-fuels have the potential to starve people for at least two reasons:
1) Farmers may replace food crops with bio-fuel crops which could drive up the cost of food. (some byproducts from using hemp to make bio-fuel can be used to make food, so hemp might not be so bad); and 2) When farmers grow food crops such as corn for bio-fuels, the demand for bio-fuel will drive up the cost of the food crop making it expensive for consumers to use for food.
Here are a bunch of news articles about this issue. Notice that the Council on Foreign Relations is promoting this, so it might be propaganda. However, the logic behind it seems viable.
When President Bush unveiled his plans for a hydrogen-powered car he failed to mention that to produce the hydrogen, he was going to be using energy generated by burning oil, coal, and natural gas!
The best way that I have seen to solve the problem of providing hydrogen-fuel energy for transportation (and other) needs is by converting water into hydrogen using a particular method invented by Stanley A. Meyer.
There have been many attempts to do this. Most use more energy than the net result the hydrogen provides. However, Stan Meyer succeeded with a method to create more potential hydrogen energy than the energy conversion cost. Please watch these short videos about this man's invention.
For the skeptics, please note that Stanley Meyer has received multiple patents for the technology he invented. The U.S. Patent office does not give patents for bogus claims and hoaxes.
This has GREAT POTENTIAL!!! According to the information presented in the videos, NASA is looking into Stanley Meyer's inventions as an alternative power source!

The only downside to Stanley A. Meyer's invention, as you can see from watching the video's, is that the established energy production markets will suffer tremendous losses if free energy is readily available for anyone to create. Free energy will put them out of business! No more record breaking profits for Exxon/Mobil!!! This is obviously WHY THIS MAN WAS MURDERED -- to keep his technology out of the hands of ordinary people!
Take a minute to compare the effect the availability of legitimate online music downloads has had on the big recording industry record labels... HUGE corporations, such as Tower Records, have went bankrupt! If free energy were available to everyone... AKA, not controlled by the huge oil companies, then those same oil companies would surely face bankruptcy!
This is a comment from Digg.com making a very good point:
"How can you think that energy companies would embrace free energy?!?!?!? Thats like saying that Microsoft embraces Linux!
"If there was a machine that created free energy, then that would put every energy company on the planet out of business, and I'm sure we are all aware of how huge that market is (Exxon-Mobil is THE largest corporation in the US, with a yearly profit of 36 billion dollars, more then 3 times the amount of the number 2 company, walmart) If you ran a $36 billion dollar a year company, not to mention the thousands of other disgustingly rich energy companies out there, I'm sure you would do A LOT to protect that money from free energy, A LOT."
We obviously need to do something to release the control the energy production industries have over the way energy is produced. This is documented fairly well in the movie, Who Killed the Electric Car? (2006) This is a movie everyone should see! You can rent this movie at NetFlix.
Information about why it is ILLEGAL to grow Hemp!
Why aren't U.S. farmers growing THE NUMBER ONE biomass producing plant for bio-fuels? Why are they growing corn, beets, etc. instead of hemp, which is legal to grow in almost every country on the planet except for the United States! Why is it illegal? If they made hemp legal, they fear they would legitimize marijuana! This could start a huge debate on legalizing marijuana. And of course they don't want to legalize marijuana because they would have to let all those people out of prison who are in there only on marijuana related charges. And not to mention the huge workforce (slaves) in the privately owned, for profit factory prisons! And besides, it would cut into the profits of the United States government sponsored DRUG TRAFFICKING and MONEY LAUNDERING! "The woody 'hurds' remaining after the fiber has been removed contain more than SEVENTY-SEVEN PERCENT cellulose, and can be used to produce more than 25,000 products, ranging from dynamite to Cellophane." -- This quote is from the February 1938 issue of Popular Mechanics. Marijuana Production in the United States (2006) (PDF) By Jon Gettman, Ph. D. From the report: "Marijuana is the largest cash crop in the United States, more valuable than corn and wheat combined. Using conservative price estimates domestic marijuana production has a value of $35.8 billion. The domestic marijuana crop consists of 56.4 million marijuana plants cultivated outdoors worth $31.7 billion and 11.7 million plants cultivated indoors worth $4.1 billion." Global warming, electric cars, biofuels, etc... Why is the United States government so backwards in its thinking??? In 2005, the United States made over ONE BILLION DOLLARS from it being kept illegal! However, they spent $69 BILLION DOLLARS on the drug war!!! "Anyone concerned about the failure of our $69 billion-a-year War on Drugs should watch this 12-minute program. You will meet front line, ranking police officers who give us a devastating report on why it cannot work. It is a must-see for any journalist or public official dealing with this issue." -- Walter Cronkite Here is a great movie to watch!
